Hello!
So sorry for the lack of blogging. We have a lot of homework right now, but I really do have fun things to say--like our trip to Nicaragua! I have passed the halfway point. I now have fewer than 2 months in Honduras. I hope to update this for real sometime this week. I can just barely keep up on the schoolwork and life in Honduras, so blogging has not been high on my list of things to do. Lo siento.

I faithfully check every day, but no worries...I understand you're so busy and have much more fun and important things to do! Betsi told me that your parents are coming out to visit!! Awesome! Hope you had fun playing matamoscas!
ReplyDeleteSenorita! You check every day? That made just made my day. Matamoscas was super fun today. It was perfect. We all have to do presentations throughout the semester for our literature class and we were the 7th pair. We also need to have something creative in each of our presentations. It's really hard to come up with the 7th thing (people have been super creative: drama, reader's theatre, puppet show, jeopardy...) and our story was highly inappropriate to act out, so matamoscas was perfect! And yeah, my parents are coming in 2 1/2 weeks! I'm so excited! It will be fun to act as translator and to show them what my life here is actually like, to an extent. And, I was thinking, I REALLY want to come to CCHS when I come home before you guys are on break so that I can talk with you and profa in Spanish! I'm so excited to actually be able to hold good conversations with you! Just an idea, and if not then, sometime for sure!
